Stage 2 recovery. June 26, 2017.

It has been a week that I will never forget.  I feel better about this part of the surgery now.  I actually waited until today to write the past weeks posts.  I kept notes but was in so much pain I did not want to scare anyone away from this part of the surgery.  I will admit that it was far more painful than I thought it would be, but as I now start seeing the results, it was worth it.  I know that I have at least 3 or 4 months before all of the swelling  will be gone, but with the pain lessening and the bruising going away, it is now OK.

I do have a new bruise at my lower sternum.  It is quite a bruise.  Hurts a little but manageable with Tylenol.  I will probably be on Tylenol for at least a week more.

I can see the lipo marks now on my tummy.  I have a Dr. appt. on Wed and hopefully he can tell me what to do to lessen these marks

Almost gone on my lower sides.

I can now see the lipo marks on the left of the picture.  Hopefully the compression garment will make them go away.

The Sternum bruise is getting bigger, but the breast bruising is going down.
